The supervisor James Bellamy-Pilgrim who was working the night shift on June 24th 2005 came into work at found a photo on a bulletin of a suspect in the robbers of the bank. Latter that night he spotted a man who looked exactly like the man from the bulletin on the casino floor and immediately informed the local police.
Bellamy was quoted as saying “He looked exactly the same as in the photo, he even had his glasses on top of his head the same way he did in the photo."
State Trooper at the casino arrested the man in the poker room of the casino and he was handed over to the Utica Police. The man is now serving a 2 to 5 year sentence is a state prison.,
New York State Police Lt. Todd Keister, who is the officer in charge of the troopers gaming detail gave a certificate of appreciation to Bellamy and was quoted as saying
"Your actions reflect well upon yourself personally, as well as upon your security organization at Turning Stone. The members of the New York State Police Gaming Detail wish to express their gratitude for your professionalism and crucial assistance in bringing a dangerous felon to justice."
