Harrah's Casino Review
Other then its location and a few of its staff members this is a nice casino and hotel and gets an ok for a Casino Review.
Checking in was not easy at this hotel and casino. My reservations were lost, or at least that's what they told me but on a Friday they will often over book a casino hotel incase people do not show up. I had to tell them I was doing a casino review and that this would go against them and suddenly they had a room for me, it was the JR suite and they charged me for the standard room. The room was really nice it had a living room a bed room and a small kitchen area.
The casino was very crowded and since it was a Friday the table minimums were all at least 20 dollars, so I wound up blowing my cash pretty fast playing Roulette, but I did have a nice conversation at the bar with an off duty blackjack dealer. He was a real nice guy.
I went back to my room and found 2 tickets to the Beatle mania show under my door. I think they are trying to influence my casino review, but I took the tickets and decided to review the showroom. The room they had us in was not very big maybe 200 people. The service in here was top rate. Before my drink was empty someone came over to ask if I wanted a refill. Originally I figured they were just doing this to me to get a better Casino Review but I noticed they were doing this for everyone.
Before going to the show I decided to add one of the restaurants to my Casino Review. I went to the Polistina's Italian Ristorante. The food was excellent and so was the service. Actually this was some of the best Italian food I have had in a long time.
The last part of this casino review is the bathrooms on the casino floor. I was not really impressed with the state of the bathrooms, except near the Poker area. Apparently if you are a card player you can go in a clean bathroom.
